Why build a castle if you are not going to live in it?
Private advisory for women building extraordinary lives.
EnquireThe Role
You carry more than anyone around you fully sees. You lead the company and hold its people. You are the one they turn to at home, the steady centre a family organises itself around. You are a partner, a mother, a daughter, a friend, and somewhere beneath all of it, still a woman with a life of her own to keep becoming. You move between these rooms all day, and in each one you are someone slightly different, and the moving between them is its own kind of labour that rarely gets named.
For most of history, a woman who carried this much was never expected to carry it alone. A queen ruled her court, held the treasury, decided the fate of the people in her name. And beside her, always, stood one trusted woman. She held no crown of her own and wanted none. She had no throne to protect and no position to defend. Which is exactly why the queen could tell her everything, and why she, in turn, could tell the queen the truth the rest of the court would never dare to say.
She saw the whole court from a slightly different angle. She noticed the alliance beginning to fray before the queen felt it. She recognised the adviser speaking in his own interest. And when the queen was moving from something old rather than something true, she said so, with love and without flattery, in the business and in the private chambers alike.
We carry as much as any queen ever did, and somewhere along the way we were told to carry it by ourselves. I do not believe we were meant to. That is the seat I hold beside you.
The Kingdom
I do not work with one part of your life in isolation. I look at the whole of it, because every part borders every other part, and the real friction lives where they meet.
Identity · Patterns · Emotional maturity · Self-leadership
Business · Leadership · Money · Decisions · Systems
Love · Family · Friendship · The people you hold
Motherhood · Values · Culture · What remains after success
The Queen is the woman who learns to hold all of it as one.
The Work
This is entirely one to one. A private, in depth relationship held for a full year, and shaped completely around you. I take on only a small number of women, because this level of attention and intimacy would be impossible any other way. You are never one of a group. You are worked with as one woman, in full.
I know your whole kingdom.
I involve myself the way a trusted partner inside the business would, someone who takes the whole of it seriously. I come to understand how your company was founded, the vision beneath it, its history, its people, the dynamics between them, and the private world it all sits inside. I hold the full picture, so that when a real decision arrives, you are speaking to someone who already knows the whole of it.
I am reachable when it is real.
A therapist asks you to wait for the next appointment. A course waits in a tab you never open. With me, you reach me between our sessions, and when something genuinely matters, a conversation can be arranged within days. Your life does not schedule its turning points for the third Tuesday of the month, and neither do we.
The room can open when it needs to.
Some of what shapes your kingdom happens in rooms I am not in. So when it serves the work, a session can include your partner, or a key person on your team. The tension in a relationship, the dynamic with someone you lead, the conversation you keep postponing, all of it can be brought into the room and worked with directly.
I name the blind spots, and I build with you.
I will tell you what you have been circling around, with care and without flattery. Then we build. I read the whole house of cards, I show you the pattern moving beneath it, and we design something that can hold: the decisions, the boundaries, the structure, the way you carry all of it at once.
The work is intimate and the involvement is total. If a seat is open and the fit is right, it becomes one of the most significant relationships in the building of your life.
The Pattern
Where the real friction lives.
It is hard to name, because it is not any single piece. It is the way a tension in one part of your life keeps showing up, in another form, somewhere else.
The Queendom Audit
It begins with a single, in depth reading of your life as one system. One deep session and a written reflection of the whole of it, your business, your love life, your family, your identity, and the patterns running beneath all of it. For many women it is the first time someone reflects the entire picture back to them, rather than a single part. It is also the doorway into the year of private work, should you choose to walk through it.
Enquire
I have always been the one people bring the real thing to. The version they do not say in the meeting, the feeling they cannot name to their partner, the fear sitting underneath the ambition. I am a pattern recogniser by nature, and I have spent my adult life learning to do it with more precision, more care, and more usefulness.
I trained and worked as a clinical psychologist for five years, and alongside that I built and scaled a company online. At a certain point I realised that the most significant growth in my clients was happening at the intersections, the place where the business decision was also a relationship decision, where the money pattern was also an identity pattern, where the leadership question was also a motherhood question. I moved toward the whole picture, and I have not moved away from it since.
The same theme kept resurfacing across every room I worked in. Women who had built extraordinary things and were living at a fraction of the life those things were supposed to make possible. The castle was real. The living in it was still waiting.
I am a Manifesting Generator 5/1, Cancer sun, Gemini moon, Virgo rising. I think in systems and I feel in images. I love dancing, morning sun, the smell of lavender, and a well-built structure. I live in Belgium with my family, and I do this work because I believe it matters in a way that extends far beyond the women I sit with.
Why This Work Exists
I believe a woman should be able to build something extraordinary and also be present in the life she built it for. That these are not competing ambitions. That the version of success which costs you your marriage, your presence, your body, or your sense of self is a version worth redesigning.
I believe in embodied feminine leadership, the kind that does not require a woman to become harder or smaller or more like the men around her, but that draws on the full range of what she carries and turns it into something that strengthens everyone in her orbit, including her family.
And I believe that one integrated woman, one woman who has done the work of holding her whole kingdom with intention, transforms not only her own life but the lives of the people around her. This is how generational patterns change. One woman at a time, from the inside out.
The Essays
I write about the patterns I see across the women I work with and the culture we are all living inside. On ambition and its costs. On love and its architecture. On what it means to lead from a body that also carries children, grief, desire, and history. The essays live on Substack and they are free to read.
